The Chickadee House is a three-story lake house, built in 2018. The house is decorated with love, including antiques and original artwork. 50 feet of private lakefront. Pettingill Pond stretches over 43 acres and has a maximum depth of 29 feet. As a guest of the house, you are welcome to swim, boat, float, fish, ice skate, snow shoe, and enjoy the pond. Fishing regulations can be found on the Maine government website.
